Ground floor specification You will find a spacious room (55 m2) with an open plan kitchen equipped with high quality appliances, a dining area and sitting area. In the middle of the two areas, you will have the opportunity to use a very efficient wood stove. Stereo system, DVD player, flat screen TV (30”), CDs, DVDs and books. A convivial Italian shower room with double showers and double basin sinks and separated WC. Underfloor heating.

The gîte is located few kilometres away from the Côte d’Albâtre cliffs, between the Valmont and La Durdent Valleys.The house is only 12 km away from the nearest beach Petites-Dalles, between Fécamp and Saint-Valéry-en-Caux. Rouen, Le Havre and Dieppe cities are 1 hour car drive away.
